位于德國(guó)米爾多夫的ODU集團(tuán)總部已經(jīng)為其2019年的總廠(chǎng)擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目準(zhǔn)備了2千萬(wàn)歐元的資金。目前，已經(jīng)對(duì)托盤(pán)倉(cāng)庫(kù)和表面處理業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)進(jìn)行擴(kuò)建。表面測(cè)試將來(lái)會(huì)在新廠(chǎng)房里進(jìn)行。ODU會(huì)將騰出的空間用于安置一臺(tái)全新的超現(xiàn)代化連續(xù)電鍍?cè)O(shè)備，由此進(jìn)一步提高產(chǎn)能。
同時(shí)我們也將建立一個(gè)全新的現(xiàn)代化培訓(xùn)中心。新建的培訓(xùn)中心與目前的相比面積增加了五倍，集培訓(xùn)、教學(xué)和會(huì)議室于一體。培訓(xùn)生最早將在4月開(kāi)始接受培養(yǎng)、學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)新能力?！拔覀儗⒀永m(xù)去年暫停的工作– 繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大我們的產(chǎn)能”，執(zhí)行董事Dr. Kurt Woelfl博士說(shuō)。
我們訂單情況十分樂(lè)觀。ODU在若干市場(chǎng)上的表現(xiàn)均十分積極，特別是在醫(yī)療、測(cè)量與測(cè)試技術(shù)以及安全與軍事領(lǐng)域。電動(dòng)汽車(chē)、汽車(chē)和工業(yè)電子設(shè)備也是我們的重要增長(zhǎng)市場(chǎng)?！拔覀兦逦私饪蛻?hù)需求，降低與他們之間的交流成本并且足跡遍布全球”，執(zhí)行董事Denis Giba說(shuō)。ODU始終著眼于未來(lái)和客戶(hù)的項(xiàng)目。

ODU FOCUSED ON THEFUTURE, THE CUSTOMER IN VIEW
The Mühldorf-based company has earmarked 20 millioneuros expansion of its headquarters in 2019. At present, the pallet warehouseand the surface engineering area are already being expanded. Surface testingwill take place in the new building. ODU will use the space thus freed up for anew, ultra-modern conveyer plating system, thereby significantly increasing itscapacities.
The Training division will also be given a new,modern training center. Training places, training and meeting rooms on an areathat is five times larger than the previous one. The trainees will be able todevelop, learn and be creative as early as April. "We are continuing withwhat we stopped doing last year - we are further expanding ourcapacities," confirms Managing Director Dr.-Ing. Kurt Woelfl.
The order situation is pleasing. ODU is active inseveral markets, above all in medical, measurement and testing technology andin the security and military sectors. Emobility, automotive and industrialelectronics also continue to be important growth markets. "We speak thelanguage of our customers, look for short distances and are present all overthe world," says Managing Director Denis Giba. ODU is focused on thefuture and the projects of its customers.
Last year, ODU was able to increase sales by morethan 15% over the previous year to 200 million euros. ODU employs 2,300 peopleworldwide, 1,200 of them at its headquarters in Mühldorf.
"And should the trend continue to be positivein the coming months, we will make further investments", Dr. Woelfl ispleased to report. The 41 trainees added in September are expected to besupplemented by a further 54 new trainees this year.
