安士能新款MSC小型安全控制系統(tǒng)是一種通用、可自由編程的模塊化安全系統(tǒng)，可用于機器和設(shè)備的安全防護，適用于幾乎所有與安全相關(guān)的任務(wù)，并可監(jiān)測許多種安全裝置。
MSC系統(tǒng)靈活性極高，即使僅配備基本單元也能實現(xiàn)最多8路輸入和2路輸出的安全應(yīng)用。此外，該小型安全控制系統(tǒng)還可通過多種不同的輸入和輸出模塊進行擴展，方便用戶根據(jù)特定需求自定義裝配MSC系統(tǒng)。MSC系統(tǒng)還可使用不同的安士能連接模塊連接至各種現(xiàn)場總線。
MSC系統(tǒng)使用PC機上的“EUCHNER Safety Designer”軟件進行編程。該軟件布局清晰，操作簡單直觀。可使用大量不同的安全功能和邏輯運算符進行配置。如需設(shè)置系統(tǒng)，可通過USB數(shù)據(jù)線將基本單元連接至PC機并安裝相應(yīng)程序。根據(jù)情況也可為基本單元選配存儲模塊。使用時，實際程序的拷貝會自動存儲在該模塊中，以便在緊急情況下快速更換故障裝置。
MSC有多種診斷方法，包括從通過前面板上LED指示燈進行簡單診斷，到在“EUCHNER Safety Designer”軟件幫助下進行詳細檢測。通過診斷可快速找到故障原因并修復(fù)問題，大幅節(jié)省時間并防止長時間停機。
MSC小型安全控制系統(tǒng)具有高安全等級。基本單元和所有擴展模塊均符合EN ISO 13849-1準中第4類別和性能水平e(PL e)。
