Heated, removable barrel and plunger are operated with compressed air. Barrel
may be filled by hand with granules or powder or may be filled with melt from one
of our twin screw micro-compounders.

The heated or water-cooled moulds are easy to replace thanks to their conical
shape. Adjustable holding pressure and holding time avoids the test sample from
shrinkage.

pages.
Other mould geometries than shown, can be ordered on request.

Water cooling allows rapid cooling between experiments.
Cooling water consumption is 5 l/min at 20°C inlet temperature.
